When you feel….      You will often:

Inspired or Pleasantly Surprised…     Gasp, inhaling deeply & suddenly

Disappointed, Exasperated…     Huff, exhale suddenly or sharply

Anxious, Fearful…     Stop, hold your breath

Weary, Relieved…     Exhale long, deep sigh

Stressed, Angry…     Breathe rapidly &   shallowly

Hopeful, Joyful, Content…     Breathe evenly & deeply
