Nice short article on the winter season, seasonal affect, and just the “dark side” of the winter.  The winter doesn’t have to be dark.  Learn to live in tune with where the world is.  Take simple moments to recognize your thoughts and feelings.

Do they feel congruent with the world around you?  If they do, breathe in and out and acknowledge it.  If they don’t, breathe in and out and acknowledge it.  As each day passes, lightly draw your attention to how you feel and if you feel more congruent… be gentle with yourself and allow your awareness to light where it naturally goes.

Be aware of the choices you make and if they feel like the keep you close to your original you.
